Roles and Responsibilities Sourcing Customers:-
> Responsible for sourcing target customers (Mortgage) in the branch catchment area. Disbursement
> Coordinating with Risk Team for PD, facilitating additional documents/information if any.Collection:
> Ensuring timely repayment from the customers Desired Candidate Profile
Excellent Local people Networking & Local Market knowledge
Excellent ability to speak, read and write in " Hindi"
Interest and Good understanding - Local Business around the branch locations.
Good interpersonal skills
Individual should own a bike & Driving License ( for safety Measures ) .
