Hiring: Relationship Officer – Bank (Bancassurance Channel)
Locations: Kochi | Trivandrum | Kottayam | Thrissur | Calicut

Salary: ₹24,000 – ₹32,000 per month

About the Role

We are hiring Relationship Officers for a leading Banking & Insurance (Bancassurance) channel. This is a bank-based sales role where you will work from the bank branch and engage with existing customers and bank-referred leads.
No cold calling or field sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle walk-in customers and bank-referred leads
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable life insurance solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with bank staff and customers
• Achieve monthly sales targets with the support of the bank team
• Ensure smooth documentation and customer service

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation is mandatory
• Minimum 1 year sales experience (Banking / NBFC / Insurance / Financial Sales preferred)
• Good communication and relationship-building skills
• Willing to work from a bank branch location
