We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 6 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in micro mortgages. Roles and Responsibility Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure timely repayment of loans. Identify new business opportunities through networking and referrals. Conduct site visits to assess client needs and provide personalized solutions. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet targets. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of micro mortgages and related products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements. Proficiency in using technology and software applications.
