Process – Debt Recovery & Collection | UAE Banking Process

Eligibility

• Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant experience in debt collection, recovery, or banking collections.
• Prior experience managing Team Leaders and collection executives.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and team management skills.
• Good knowledge of collection processes, MIS reporting, and performance monitoring.
• Ability to handle escalations and achieve collection targets.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage daily collection and recovery operations for UAE banking portfolios.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate Team Leaders and collection executives to achieve individual and team targets.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including recovery, productivity, quality, and collection performance.
• Review daily MIS reports, team performance, and collection results.
• Develop strategies to improve recovery rates, team productivity, and overall performance.
• Handle escalated customer cases and support the team in resolving complex collection issues.
• Ensure regular follow-ups on outstanding accounts and payment commitments.
• Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching, and arrange training to improve team efficiency.
• Monitor attendance, discipline, adherence to schedules, and overall team productivity.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, banking process guidelines, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with management regarding performance updates, challenges, and improvement plans.
• Drive the team towards achieving monthly collection and recovery targets.

Salary

• Negotiable, based on experience and interview performance.
