Job Description

Relationship Building: Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and in-person or virtual meetings to maintain trust.
Sales & Growth: Identify upselling, cross-selling, and new business opportunities within existing accounts.
Problem Resolution: Listen to client complaints or service issues and coordinate with internal teams (sales, product, support) to fix them.
Retention: Monitor client health metrics and contract renewal timelines to minimize churn.
Market Insights: Track client trends and competitor offerings to adjust strategies.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
