Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager - Sales, located in Colva, Goa. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day activities include connecting with potential clients, understanding their requirements, recommending solutions, and coordinating with service providers. The successful candidate will work to build long-term relationships and meet sales targets while delivering an excellent client experience.
Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation skills to effectively close deals and achieve targets
- Customer relationship management and client servicing experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse clients
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple clients and tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in the wedding or event industry is a plus
- Proficiency in relevant CRM tools and sales software
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
