Designation : Relationship manager Salary : 15,000.00 – 30,000.00 + Incentive Location: Bhowanipore (Field-work) Skill : · Ability to build and maintaining strong associate relationships. · Educate and inform associate about the insurance policies. · Identify potential opportunities and inform the sales team to follow up. · Meeting sales associates every day · Recruitment & growing of sales team. Responsibilities : Point of Sale associate(POSP) recruitment. Provide agents with sales tools, marketing materials, and ongoing support to help them achieve their sales targets. Ensure agents have a deep understanding of our insurance products and their benefits. Monitor agent performance against established KPIs and provide regular feedback. Ensure agents are adhering to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to provide accurate information to agents and clients. Field work.
