Job Description You will be joining Heute and Morgen, a Direct Insurance Broker regulated by the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI), as a Manager (Institutional Insurance Sales) based in Varanasi, Patna, or Bhubaneswar, India. Your role will involve focusing on institutional insurance sales, nurturing client relationships, overseeing financial aspects, delivering exceptional customer service, and offering customized insurance solutions. Your daily responsibilities will include achieving sales targets, exploring new business opportunities, conducting client meetings, and ensuring high customer satisfaction levels. Key Responsibilities - Utilize your institutional insurance sales skills effectively - Demonstrate excellent customer service capabilities - Possess knowledge of corporate & Group insurance, including credit life, Gmc, Gpa, etc. - Showcase strong interpersonal and communication skills - Maintain a proven track record in sales and client relationship management - Exhibit the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team Qualifications - Proficiency in institutional insurance sales - Exceptional customer service skills - Understanding of corporate & Group insurance products (credit life, Gmc, Gpa, etc.) is advantageous - Strong interpersonal and communication abilities - Successful sales background and client relationship management experience - Capability to work autonomously and within a team dynamic - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field,
