Job Title: Relationship Manager – Life Insurance (Direct Sales - Banca Channel)

Job Description

We are looking for a customer-focused and result-oriented Relationship Manager to drive Life Insurance business through the assigned bank channel. The candidate will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, conducting customer visits, understanding financial needs, explaining suitable insurance solutions, and generating new business opportunities.

Roles & Responsibilities

* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers through regular follow-ups and personal visits.

* Meet customers directly to understand their financial goals, insurance needs, and protection requirements.

* Explain existing and new Life Insurance plans, policy benefits, features, and suitability in a clear and professional manner.

* Generate new business opportunities through customer meetings, referrals, and the assigned bank channel.

* Identify opportunities to offer suitable insurance solutions to existing customers and acquire new customers.

* Maintain regular customer engagement to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and business growth.

* Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives within the defined timelines.

* Ensure accurate documentation, timely follow-ups, and compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.

Eligibility & Requirements

* Graduate in any discipline is mandatory.

* Good communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship management skills.

* Strong customer-handling, sales, and negotiation abilities.

* Willingness to conduct customer visits and meet prospective clients directly.

* Ability to work towards sales targets and build long-term customer relationships.

* Prior experience in Life Insurance or the financial services industry is preferred but not mandatory. Fresh graduates with the right attitude and communication skills may also apply.
