Job Description

Relationship Manager - GL South East
Job Purpose
This position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd. Young and dynamic candidates with 2-4 years of experience in Gold Loans who are passionate about building their career in the Gold Loans domain are encouraged to apply. Candidates should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and basic knowledge of MS Office. Knowledge of the vernacular language of the respective region is mandatory. Duties and Responsibilities

Canvassing and sourcing of new customers to increase Gold Loan business

Revenue generation through cross-selling products and interest collection

Gold Loans appraisal

Maintain good relationships with clients to maximize business value

Customer relationship management and follow-up

Maintenance of important registers and daily reports

Cash management and accounting

Direct marketing of cross-selling products such as insurance products at branches

Required Qualifications and Experience

2-4 years of experience in Gold Loans

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Basic knowledge of MS Office

Knowledge of the vernacular language of the respective region

Experience in canvassing and sourcing new customers

Experience in revenue generation through cross-selling and interest collection

Gold Loans appraisal experience

Ability to maintain client relationships and conduct regular follow-up

Experience with maintenance of registers, daily reports, and cash management

Exposure to direct marketing of cross-selling products, especially insurance products
