Job Description

We are looking for a ed Relationship Manager to join our team in Bajaj Finance Limited, located in the North West region. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in banking or financial services.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
Identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts through effective sales strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service and support.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
Provide expert advice on investment products and services to clients.
Manage and monitor client portfolios to ensure optimal performance.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in relationship management within the banking or financial services sector.
Strong understanding of financial markets and products, including securities and stockbroking.
Excellent communication and interpersonal s to build strong client relationships.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving s to provide expert advice to clients.
Experience working with GL (General Ledger) systems is an added advantage.
