Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
Generate and convert leads through telephonic conversations.
Explain product features, eligibility, interest rates, and documentation requirements.
Follow up with interested customers and ensure timely conversion.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate customer information and call records in CRM.
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, verification, and loan processing.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
