Job Description

The learning team of Coding Ninjas is looking to hire a full-time Relationship Manager who can positively influence our students and can guide and motivate them to complete their learning path smoothly. Responsibilities: The Relationship Manager is required to help students resolve their queries and ensure the learning experience is hassle-free. He / She should be patient, empathetic, and communicative. Needs to maintain documentation of all queries, coordinate with internal teams for the queries and ensure that they are resolved in time. Needs to build and maintain relationships with the student, understanding what they need to achieve their learning goals. Needs to ensure that the feedback cycle of students is maintained and take actions based on the feedback. Create and maintain trackers: track the students performance regularly. Guide the students to complete their schedule within a specified time frame. The Relationship Manager will be required to communicate regularly with students via calls, messages and email.
