The company provides insurance and investment solutions, tax and compliance planning, MSME solutions, and succession planning for individuals, families, and businesses.

Job Overview

We are looking for a result-oriented Relationship Manager with 2–4 years of experience in insurance sales, mutual fund sales, or financial product servicing. The candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, generating new business, achieving sales targets, and recommending suitable financial products based on client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Revenue Generation: Achieve sales targets, acquire new clients, and cross-sell or upsell financial products.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.
• Lead Generation: Identify prospective clients through cold calling, referrals, networking, and other channels.
• Financial Product Sales: Promote mutual funds, life insurance, general insurance, and other relevant financial products.
• Client Meetings: Understand client requirements, discuss suitable solutions, prepare proposals, and follow up on opportunities.
• Portfolio Management: Maintain client records, review investment portfolios, and provide appropriate product recommendations within the scope of the role.
• Marketing Activities: Participate in campaigns, client workshops, networking events, and other lead-generation activities.
• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate client documentation and follow applicable company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Performance Improvement: Stay updated on financial products, industry developments, and relevant regulations.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate in any stream.
• 2–4 years of experience in insurance sales, mutual fund sales, or client servicing.
• NISM Series V-A certification is mandatory.
• Experience with an insurance company, wealth management firm, or mutual fund distributor is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with sales targets, cold calling, and client acquisition.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, CRM systems, and digital communication tools.
• Additional insurance certifications will be an advantage.
