As a Relation Manager at Even Healthcare, you will play a crucial role in enhancing and managing relationships with clinics and healthcare providers within our network. This field-based position involves close collaboration with existing clinics, lead generation, and driving indirect revenue for the organization. Ideal candidates for this role should possess a two-wheeler and preferably have experience in insurance or health insurance. Key responsibilities include building and nurturing strong client relationships, expanding the network by identifying potential clinics and healthcare providers, generating leads, and fostering revenue growth through strategic partnerships. You will serve as a liaison between Even Healthcare and clients to ensure operational efficiency and guide clients on maximizing engagement with our services. Monitoring performance metrics, conducting regular field visits, and collaborating with internal teams are essential aspects of this role. Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in relationship management, business development, or sales, particularly in the healthcare, insurance, or health-tech sectors. A solid understanding of healthcare providers, clinics, and insurance services is necessary, along with a proven track record in lead generation and revenue growth. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are vital, and the ability to work independently and proactively is highly valued. Possessing a two-wheeler for field visits is mandatory, and a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
