Role Purpose

virtually connect with Branch Managers and branch staff (SPs) on a regular basis

Key Responsibilities

Virtual Branch Relationship Management

• Manage a portfolio of mapped bank branches through regular calls and virtual engagement.
• Build strong relationships with Branch Managers and key branch staff.
• Establish ABHI Connect as a trusted and responsive partner for the branch.
• Maintain regular engagement to ensure strong ABHI mindshare within mapped branches.

Sales & Lead Generation

• Own sales targets for the assigned portfolio of branches.
• Drive customer leads and referrals from Branch Managers and staff.
• Identify sales opportunities through regular conversations with the branches.
• Follow up consistently on leads and take ownership of opportunities through to closure.

Branch Engagement & Training

• Conduct regular virtual product and sales training for branch teams.
• Educate staff on ABHI products, propositions, campaigns and relevant customer profiles.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate with strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Preferred experience: Insurance Sales, Bancassurance, or Tele-sales in BFSI.

• Comfortable building and sustaining relationships

• Ability to influence stakeholders and generate business without being physically present at the branch.
• Prior experience working in a target-driven sales environment preferred.
• Understanding of health/life/general insurance products would be an advantage.
