Job Description: Field Sales Executive - Health Insurance

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and acquire new customers for health insurance products.
• Conduct field visits, client meetings, and presentations to promote health insurance plans.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, agents, and channel partners.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Assist customers with the application process and documentation.
• Ensure timely follow-up for policy issuance and renewals.
• Stay updated on company products, market trends, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience in field sales, insurance, banking, financial services, telecom, or FMCG sales preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
