Your primary focus will be on sourcing authentic, local, culture-centric, and off the beaten path experiences in areas such as lifestyle, art, culture, gastronomy, and adventure. Your ability to innovate and bring originality to the table will be key in creating unforgettable journeys for our clients. Demonstrable enthusiasm for travel is a must-have for this role, along with a strong relationship-driven approach. You will represent our brand at elite travel shows globally, ensuring that our clients have exclusive access to the best experiences. Additionally, your business acumen will be essential in identifying profit opportunities and ensuring cost efficiencies. An ideal candidate will have prior experience in Sales/Client Servicing of Luxury Travel Services, a strong personal network in the travel and luxury space, and good relationships with luxury and travel influencers. International travel experience, especially to off-beat destinations, will be a valuable asset. In this role, you will track global consumer travel trends, curate bespoke itineraries, and liaise with global partners to implement innovative ideas for our clients. You will also be responsible for guiding junior team members, training other departments on new products, and ensuring that all products align with the ATD brand.
