Role & responsibilities Build and maintain strong, long-lasting connection with existing members and newly on boarded members. Act as a primary point of contact for members inquiries, ensuring timely and effective communication. Develop and maintain an assigned brand presence in market through strong network of Suppliers and Buyers. Provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients about product specifications, pricing, and availability. Identify and generate new sales opportunities through portal and market analysis under the guidance of sales manager. Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential members and systematically follow up on regular basis. Provide feedback to the Sales Manager on market needs and member preferences. Prepare and submit regular sales reports of your channels overall performance to the category head on regular basis. Work closely with the Sales Manager and other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives. Implement a systematic follow-up process for both sales leads and member onboardings. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and code of conduct. Maintain punctuality, professionalism, and a positive attitude in all interactions. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a global environment. Freshers are also welcome. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Flexible working hours may be required to meet deadlines of department.
