Job Graduate degree in Civil or Architecture, with a diploma or degree in a relevant field. Proven experience in team handling, channel development, and builder relationship management. In-depth knowledge of builder funding and LAP products, along with strong leadership and analytical decision-making abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong understanding of financial services and banking industry trends and practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet sales targets.
