The Clinical Application Manager - Ultrasound at Philips Healthcare in India is responsible for providing post and presales application training for new and existing sites. It is crucial to ensure that the system is successfully handed over to users and improve customer satisfaction. Moreover, the Clinical Application Manager must offer continuous clinical application support to users until they are confident in handling the system independently. Developing strong relationships with users and clinicians, as well as establishing new sites as demo/reference sites, are key responsibilities of this role. The Clinical Application Manager is also expected to provide application support for regional and national conferences and workshops, as well as for clinical activities such as user meetings and technicians" CME for knowledge transfer. In addition, gathering information about the organization's products and competitors" products, conducting internal sales training on key application tools, and creating case studies, clinical newsletters, and testimonials are essential tasks. The Clinical Application Manager will also be responsible for Key Opinion Leader (KOL) development and management, as well as post-installation user training. The ideal candidate for this position should have a B.Sc/M.Sc/MBA qualification and a minimum of 8-12 years of experience as an Ultrasound Clinical Application Specialist. Strong team handling experience is required, along with a deep understanding of clinical anatomy, physiology, clinical procedures, and the workflow of medical systems and devices. Fluency in English, both verbal and written, and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies are essential behavioral competencies for this role at Philips Healthcare in India.,
