The Opportunity :Reporting to the VP of Engineering, we are seeking an experienced Head of Engineering to lead our engineering organization in Kolkata, India and be part of the senior engineering team across the UK, Ireland, Australia and India. Proven track record of delivering complex software products for the web. Deep understanding of software engineering, security and performance principles, architecture, and design patterns. Ability to lead, inspire, and motivate engineering teams. Strong strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities. Demonstrated experience in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence. Excellent English verbal and written communication skills. Job Description: Technical Content CreatorRequired Skills and Experience:6+ years of experience in technical documentation, preferably within a product-based company.Proven experience with Zendesk for creating layouts, templates, and other content elements.Hands-on experience in developing online help, release notes, user guides, and other technical content.Exceptional oral and written communication skills with the ability to write clear, concise, and accurate documentation.Strong writing skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge and domain expertise.Proficient in HTML5 and CSS, and able to collaborate effectively with UI designers for tweaks and changes in templates and layouts.Demonstrable ability to create clear, crisp, and user-friendly documentation.
