To control the Store Inventory by logical Justification of Consumption trend and Item Purchasing and its minimum aging for all Consumables and Spares. To do 5S Activities and nurture TPM attitude among Teammates. To review the Performance weekly and submit report to Plant Head. To ensure that Avg. Production Per day as per Norms or Bench Marks Production per day in each & every size.
