What You’ll Be Doing : Company Setup : Help streamline and establish processes that keep the company running smoothly. Financial Insight : Assist in analyzing cost structures, including identifying fixed and variable differences, and reviewing costing reports 2–3 times a month. Mind Mapping : Use mind maps to help visualize and organize complex projects, ensuring all angles are considered. Data Analysis : Dive deep into reports, helping with the analysis of data across sales, inventory, procurement, customer care, and more—guiding the data team on what needs to be sent to the MD. MOMs & Scheduling : Prepare Minutes of Meetings (MOMs), summarizing old and new conversations in a way that keeps the MD informed and on track. Process Understanding : Grasp both the current and new company processes, making sure you’re always in the loop and can brief the MD on important updates. Accounts Liaison : Work closely with the accounts team to ensure all financial matters are on track and aligned with company goals. Grasping Power : You’ll have an intuitive understanding of the business and company operations, quickly picking up on new concepts and adapting them. MD’s Right Hand : Take charge of follow-ups with various departments on the MD’s behalf, making sure projects stay on track and deadlines are met. AI Savvy : While a basic understanding of AI is a plus, we’re happy to teach you everything you need to know! Product Understanding : Learn the ins and outs of the company’s CRM and software systems—becoming the go-to person for product-related insights. What We’re Looking For : Experience : At least 2 years in an Executive Assistant or similar role, with a solid understanding of managing complex schedules and priorities. Excel Skills : You’re proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable analyzing data and creating reports. Communication : Strong written and verbal communication skills—helping you shine when interacting with everyone from team members to top executives. Professionalism : You’re organized, well-presented, and embody the company’s values through your work and behavior.
