Key Responsibilities Understand project goals, helps Construction Manager in preparation of project execution strategy Understand yearly targets for works and prepare quarterly and monthly schedule plan and make sure that all stakeholders understand this plan Allocate work with clear job responsibilities to engineers and supervisors Prepare regular review of Drawings requirements, Manpower requirements, P & E requirements, Safety and quality assessment to identify critical points which may affect progress, quality and safety Keep joint records for all critical works , abortive works and prepare debit/credit notes regularly Monitor monthly and quarterly targets against actual plan and initiate corrective action plan if schedule slippage is more than 10% in time Ensure that work is being carried out as per set procedures and sequence to maintain SPEED, QUALITY AND SAFETY Advise Construction Manager regarding critical deficiency of contractors and associated risks and suggest corrective measures Implement corrective/mitigation action plan after discussing with Construction Manager Help Construction Manager to prepare logistic plan and implement the same on site with regular changes Control the wastages at site and implement measures to minimise it Check and confirm that all processes are allied to billing department Cost Analysis & productivity analysis to be done and well implemented at site Make sure that safety procedures are followed on site without exceptions Ensure very high housekeeping standards are maintained all the time Maintain strict quality control in all work activities, prepare method statements and checklists and make sure same is followed strictly on site Make sure that quality inspections are being done at every step by CM team Analyze each NCR in detail and take corrective actions immediately Learn new softwares/skills every year to enhance knowledge, suggest new ways/improvement areas in current working/system Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Microsoft Windows office, ACAD Good leadership, Communication skills- written and verbal. Problem solving and analytical skills.
