As a Test Engineer in this role, your primary responsibilities will include designing and executing functional, integration, and regression test cases for Oracle RMS and its integrated modules (ReIM, SIM, RPM, SIOCS, etc.). You will be required to analyze functional specifications and technical documents to derive test conditions and coverage. It will be your responsibility to validate the end-to-end data flow between RMS and integrated systems such as POS, WMS, Finance, and Order Management. In case of system and data issues, you will troubleshoot by analyzing logs, database records, and middleware traces, including SOA/OSB if applicable. Additionally, you will perform impact analysis, validate change requests and patch deployments, and drive SIT/UAT planning and defect triage coordination with business and technical teams. Automation of test cases using tools like Selenium or Tosca may be required, and you will collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and support teams to ensure quality and stability in every release. To excel in this role, you must possess 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle RMS or related Oracle Retail modules. A strong understanding of RMS integration points and data flow between Oracle Retail suite components and third-party systems is essential. You should have proven experience in writing SQL queries and validating backend data, along with excellent troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills across application, database, and middleware layers. Experience working in Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery models is preferred, as well as familiarity with defect tracking tools such as JIRA, ALM, and test management tools. Strong documentation and communication skills are crucial, and experience with Oracle Retail Cloud (SaaS) or upgrade projects will be beneficial. As an Oracle Retail Consultant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation, upgrade, and maintenance of Oracle Retail applications. You will also be tasked with implementing, configuring, and customizing Oracle Retail modules such as RMS, ReIM, RPM, RPAS, and Allocation. Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional with strong expertise in Oracle Retail Invoice Matching (ReIM) Cloud Service to support the implementation, configuration, and ongoing management of the application. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of Oracle Retail suite processes, with a focus on merchandise invoice matching, procurement, and accounts payable integration. Key Responsibilities: Configure, implement, and support Oracle Retail Invoice Matching (ReIM) Cloud system as part of the Oracle Retail suite. Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Manage end-to-end invoice lifecycle , including receipt, validation, discrepancy resolution, and matching rules setup. Design and support integration between Oracle ReIM, Retail Merchandising Foundation Cloud Service (RMFCS) , and external financial systems. Monitor and resolve daily operational and batch processing issues in invoice matching. Provide functional support for 3-way and 2-way invoice matching , tolerances, and matching rules. Prepare test cases, execute functional testing, and support UAT phases. Create documentation for business processes, configuration, and training materials. Work closely with Oracle and IT teams to troubleshoot issues and apply patches or enhancements. Required Skills & Qualifications: 6+ years of experience with Oracle Retail applications , with at least 2 years focused on ReIM Cloud Service . Strong understanding of invoice matching , accounts payable , procurement , and retail business processes . Experience in implementing or supporting Oracle Retail Cloud modules. Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and issue resolution. Experience with integration frameworks (Oracle Integration Cloud, SOA, or other middleware). Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
