You are a highly motivated and detail-oriented Program Manager ECO responsible for leading and managing compliance-related operational programs for both Partners and Drivers. Your role involves overseeing end-to-end execution of onboarding workflows, regulatory compliance, risk assessment, and process optimization. You should have a proven track record in operations leadership, regulatory programs, team management, and automation-driven transformation in regulated or fast-growing industries. Your key responsibilities include: Program Leadership & Governance: - Leading and executing operational programs focused on onboarding and compliance for Partners and Drivers. - Defining program goals, project timelines, and resource allocation to ensure seamless execution of initiatives. - Preparing status reports, dashboards, and risk summaries for senior leadership and regulatory stakeholders. Compliance & Risk Operations: - Developing and enforcing underwriting policies and eligibility criteria for both Partners and Drivers. - Designing and implementing compliance-centric operational processes, including monitoring, training, reporting, and audits. - Leading internal and external audits and ensuring timely closure of any compliance findings. - Enforcing robust KYC/KYV protocols through both automated systems and manual checks. Onboarding Oversight: - Conducting background verification and audits prior to activation of Partners and Drivers. - Monitoring onboarding workflows and tracking resolution of issues within defined SLAs. - Leveraging AI tools for automated document verification and quality control (QC) checks. - Implementing continuous feedback loops to refine onboarding policies and mitigate emerging risks. Process Optimization & Automation: - Identifying operational inefficiencies and risk areas across Partner and Driver onboarding journeys. - Driving cross-functional initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and compliance readiness. - Leading the adoption of digital tools and automation to streamline onboarding and validation processes. Training & Stakeholder Engagement: - Promoting a strong compliance culture across the organization through targeted training and awareness campaigns. - Working closely with legal, tech, operations, and business stakeholders to align on compliance goals and implementation. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree from a Tier 1 institute. MBA Preferred. - Minimum 5 years of experience in program/project management, especially in compliance, audit, risk, or operational governance. - Exposure to working in regulated industries such as financial services, logistics, mobility. - Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks, KYC/KYV processes, and onboarding risk controls. - Proven leadership in managing diverse teams and cross-functional stakeholders. - Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skillsboth verbal and written.,
