Roles and Responsibility Handle legal matters related to banking operations and transactions. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and vendors. Provide legal advice on regulatory compliance and risk management. Conduct legal research and analysis to support business decisions. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve legal issues and disputes. Develop and implement legal strategies to mitigate risks and protect the bank's interests.
