This role involves developing customer-specific architecture and designing end-to-end solutions to meet customer needs. You will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, capturing and managing requirements, and ensuring the integrity of the solution over time. Additionally, you will contribute to strategic decisions, solve complex problems, and lead teams or projects. As a professional leader, you will ensure effective collaboration across organizations to deliver workable solutions and provide expert guidance within the organization. In this role, you will design customer-specific architecture and end-to-end technical solutions tailored to business and market needs. You will capture, manage, and translate functional and non-functional requirements into actionable solutions using industry best practices. Your responsibilities will also include coordinating cross-functional and cross-Business Group activities during early solution development phases, developing high-level and low-level designs aligned with solution architecture standards, and ensuring long-term integrity. You will lead and collaborate across teams and domains to define and deliver the full solution scope, ensuring feasibility. As a technical leader and advisor within the organization, you will mentor teams and contribute to strategic direction. You will apply deep analytical thinking and judgment to solve complex architectural and design challenges, manage and allocate resources, lead moderately complex projects, and ensure quality delivery of technical components. Additionally, you will contribute to the evolution of architectural principles and practices within the organization. Key Skills And Experience You have: - Proven experience designing and delivering end-to-end customer-specific architecture solutions. - Expertise in requirements gathering and conversion into detailed architectural designs. - Strong understanding of architecture frameworks, standards, and solution integrity principles. - Ability to coordinate and drive cross-functional collaboration across business units. - Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills for complex technical challenges. - Demonstrated leadership in guiding solution teams and mentoring staff. - Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership. It would be nice if you also had: - Knowledge of industry-specific compliance or regulatory architectural considerations. - Familiarity with cloud-native architecture patterns (e.g., microservices, containers, APIs). - Hands-on experience with architecture modeling tools or frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, ArchiMate). As an International Partnerships Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and expanding our mobile robotics business in key global markets. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic partners in target international markets for mobile robotics solutions. You will be expected to develop and execute go-to-market strategies tailored for each region, aligning them with corporate objectives and local market needs. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end partnership life cycle, from lead generation and contract negotiation to relationship management and performance tracking. Collaboration with regional sales, product, and marketing teams is essential to customize offerings and ensure partner enablement. Building long-term relationships with distributors, system integrators, and technology partners in target countries will be a key focus. To excel in this position, you should maintain in-depth knowledge of market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory considerations across international regions. Working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for international growth plans will also be crucial. Additionally, representing the company at trade shows, conferences, and partner events globally is part of the role expectations. The ideal candidate for this position will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, International Relations, or a related field. You should possess at least 8 years of experience in international business development or partnerships, preferably in mobile robotics, automation, or industrial tech sectors. Proven experience working in or with markets such as Turkey, Vietnam, Indonesia, Australia, the US, Mexico, LATAM, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE is highly desirable. You should have a strong understanding of regional business practices, distribution channels, and partnership ecosystems in the aforementioned regions. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills across diverse cultures are essential for success in this role. Prior experience in launching or scaling mobile robotics or automation products internationally, as well as an existing network of robotics/automation distributors or integrators in the target regions, are requisites for this position.
