As a Regulatory Research & Monitoring attorney at a Staff level, you will engage in various compliance projects, gaining exposure to the regulatory landscape of different countries across multiple areas of law. Your responsibilities will include understanding project issues, conducting research following a structured process, presenting findings appropriately, interpreting statutes and regulations accurately, analyzing case law, ensuring timely delivery of client deliverables, participating in training programs, cooperating with team members, escalating issues promptly, being organized and efficient, reporting to seniors on assignment status, and actively engaging in professional development activities. To succeed in this role, you must hold a Degree in Law, possess 2-4 years of experience, demonstrate professional proficiency in English, excel in legal research, writing, and organizational skills, show the ability to identify and interpret statutes and regulations, display strong analytical and logical skills with attention to detail, follow research instructions accurately, and ideally have working knowledge of legal databases and basic MS Excel and Word skills. Additionally, you should exhibit a passion for work, a desire to learn, effective communication skills, adaptiveness, collaborative approach, diligence, and ability to multitask. We seek individuals with a general understanding of basic legal concepts, analytical skills, research proficiency, ability to present findings succinctly, exceptional writing skills, constant desire to learn, and professional English proficiency.
