RealPage is looking for a dynamic VP Engineering to lead and scale our Engineering department in alignment with our ambitious multi-product, global expansion goals. As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of excellence, attracting top engineering talent, and contributing your technical expertise to strategic business planning and product development. Your primary responsibilities will include leading the Engineering team to establish engineering as a core business competency, collaborating with architects and senior engineers to develop a roadmap for enhancing our service environment, and enhancing engineering standards throughout the software development life cycle. You will be responsible for prioritizing engineering efforts, recruiting and retaining top talent, and gaining support for your technology vision from both business and Engineering stakeholders. Additionally, you will partner with other senior leaders to drive strategic planning and execution while building strong relationships with service providers. The ideal candidate will have over 20 years of experience in senior engineering leadership roles, with a preference for experience in a multi-product SaaS company that has seen significant growth. A degree in Computer Science or Engineering is required, along with exposure to PropTech or FinTech engineering and experience working with regulated information. You should possess a strong passion for engineering excellence and a track record of success in modernizing platforms and delivering innovative solutions to complex business requirements.
