Role Description

This is an internship role for Registration and Marketing. The intern will be responsible for managing registration processes, handling customer service inquiries, ensuring proper phone etiquette, and overseeing patient registration. This is a remote role, allowing the intern to work from any location.

Qualifications

• Experience in Registration and Patient Registration
• Strong Communication and Phone Etiquette skills
• Customer Service experience
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Passion for the gaming and esports industry is a plus
• Currently pursuing or have completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
