Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Staff Nurse with 1 to 5 years of clinical experience to join our Critical Care team. The ideal candidate should be capable of providing advanced nursing care to critically ill patients, utilizing their expertise in a high-intensity environment such as the ICU, CCU, or Emergency Department. You will play a key role in patient monitoring, intervention, and recovery support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver safe, effective, and evidence-based nursing care to patients in critical condition.
  • Assess, monitor, and document patient vital signs, condition changes, and treatment responses.
  • Administer medications, IV fluids, and other prescribed treatments accurately and on time.
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare team members.
  • Respond quickly and efficiently to emergency or code situations.
  • Operate and monitor complex life-support equipment (e.g., ventilators, infusion pumps, cardiac monitors).
  • Ensure high standards of infection control and patient hygiene are maintained at all times.
  • Educate patients and family members about care plans and post-ICU recovery if applicable.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and follow hospital documentation protocols.
  • Participate in regular training, drills, and quality improvement activities within the unit.

Qualifications:

  • Education: GNM or B.Sc Nursing from a recognized institution.
  • Registration: Valid registration with the State Nursing Council.
  • Experience: 1–5 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in a Critical Care setting (ICU/CCU/ER).
  • Preferred Certifications:
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) – Mandatory
  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) – Preferred
  • Critical Care Nursing Training – Advantageous

  • Sound clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of ICU protocols, emergency response, and patient safety.
  • Effective communication and teamwork in multidisciplinary care settings.
  • Calm and professional approach during stressful situations.
  • Compassionate, ethical, and patient-focused attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹365,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
