As a Zonal Head in the West Zone for our client based in Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets, maintaining company values, and ensuring efficient operations. You will be responsible for overseeing the district and territory-wise sales targets on a monthly basis, focusing on SKU-wise planning, and empowering your team for better decision-making. Your role will involve segmentation of customers for increased prescription share, providing feedback to the marketing team, and ensuring timely submission of reports and claims. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 10-15 years of experience in pharma sales, including 3-4 years as a Regional/Zonal Head. Exposure in the nutritional/cardio diabetic business and previous experience working in the Mumbai territory would be advantageous. The job location for this position is Mumbai, covering the entire West Zone.
