Regional Service Manager-Customer Service Department (Data Center)

As a Regional Service Manager in the Customer Service Department of the Data Center, your role will involve overseeing the service delivery for large Data Centre Customers, managing project execution for large Mega-Watt UPS projects, and providing 24/7 Service Delivery Management for Customer complaints. You will be responsible for providing real-time remote Tech Support, allocating On-Site activities with Field Technicians, and ensuring timely execution and updating of Field activities as per Service Level Agreement (SLA). Key Responsibilities: - Conduct pre-installation site audits and site preparation for installation - Install Delta supplied equipment, perform System Commissioning & Integration, and conduct Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) as per Customer agreement format - Plan and execute large Installation & commissioning projects across the assigned region - Manage external Service Vendors including selection, engagement, scope definition, and contract finalization - Oversee work planning, allocation, and execution of workflow, including verification of work completion certificates and service invoices from Vendors - Handle Preventive Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance in the given region - Define minimum stock levels for service inventory planning based on parts criticality level and failure trend analysis - Provide feedback on product performance, design & quality issues to R&D, Production, Application engineering, and ensure timely resolution - Plan resource allocation, conduct need-based training & development, and maintain team productivity and motivation - Achieve service revenue through service contracts (AMC), On-Site Repairing, Installation & Commissioning, and value-add products sale like Batteries & services Qualifications Required: - BE/B.Tech in Electronics & Communication - Minimum 20+ years of experience in service delivery for large Data Centre Customers and project execution for Mega-Watt UPS projects If any additional details of the company are provided in the Job Description, please include them here.,
