Roles and Responsibilities

Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve regional sales targets through effective planning, execution, and monitoring.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at major accounts in the region.
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate new markets or expand existing ones.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product management) to launch new products or services in the region.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, track performance metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly.

Desired Candidate Profile

Strong understanding of TIC industry dynamics and regulations governing these industries.
Proven track record of success in selling analytical testing services to pharmaceutical companies and food companies.
7-12 years of experience in B2B Enterprise Sales, Government Sales, Large Account Management, or similar roles.
