Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead sales and business development for our Decorative Laminates (Mica) division in Hyderabad and the surrounding Telangana market. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding the dealer and distributor network, developing new markets, and driving regional business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned region.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
• Appoint new dealers and distributors and strengthen existing channel partnerships.
• Develop business with laminate dealers, plywood dealers, distributors, architects, interior designers, contractors, and OEM customers.
• Drive primary and secondary sales and ensure consistent product movement in the market.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base across Hyderabad and Telangana.
• Manage, guide, and monitor Area Sales Managers and sales executives.
• Conduct regular market visits to develop customer relationships and assess competitor activities.
• Monitor market trends, pricing, product demand, and competitor strategies.
• Ensure timely payment collection and maintain control over outstanding receivables.
• Coordinate with the head office regarding orders, stock availability, dispatches, and customer requirements.
• Prepare sales forecasts, territory-wise business plans, and periodic performance reports.
• Improve brand visibility and strengthen the company's presence in the decorative laminates market.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 5–8 years of sales experience in decorative laminates (mica), plywood, or the wood panel industry.
• Previous experience in a Regional Sales Manager or similar senior sales role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the Hyderabad and Telangana markets.
• Established relationships with laminate dealers, plywood dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new markets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and customer relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Strong exposure to the decorative laminates (mica) business.
• Good dealer and distributor network in Hyderabad and Telangana.
• Ability to generate new business, expand market coverage, and drive secondary sales.
• Strong team management, sales planning, and collection management skills.
• Self-motivated, commercially focused, and target-oriented.

Compensation

Negotiable based on experience, current CTC, and market exposure.
