Qualifications

Proven experience in regional or area sales management, preferably in FMCG, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or Ayurvedic/personal care sectors.
Strong skills in sales planning, territory management, and performance tracking, with the ability to meet and exceed regional revenue and volume targets.
Ability to build and manage distributor, stockist, and retail networks, including onboarding, relationship management, and conflict resolution.
Competence in team leadership, including mentoring field representatives, setting clear expectations, and driving accountability.
Solid understanding of trade marketing, channel promotions, and in-store execution to enhance brand visibility and product offtake.
Good analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in MS Excel and other sales management tools for forecasting and data-driven decision-making.
Effective communication and negotiation abilities, with strong presentation skills for product training and business meetings.
Willingness to travel extensively within the region and work in on-ground market environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
Knowledge of Ayurvedic products and regional market dynamics in and around Baddi is beneficial.
