Urgent opening for Regional Sales Manager for Solar company with Good salary, Attractive Allowance and Incentives

Office Location- Ambathur, Chennai

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor, mentor, and guide Area Sales Managers (ASMs) to achieve their respective business targets.
• Drive regional business growth by developing and executing effective sales strategies.
• Manage, motivate, and improve the performance of the exclusive sales team.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and monitor the productivity of individual sales representatives.
• Support ASMs in lead conversion, market development, dealer network expansion, and revenue generation.
• Ensure achievement of regional sales targets and business objectives.
• Take ownership of overall sales performance across Chennai and surrounding territories.

Candidate Requirements:

• Must have strong team management and regional sales management experience.
• Proven experience in managing and mentoring Area Sales Managers and field sales teams.
• Strong business development, sales strategy, and target achievement capabilities.
• Experience in handling exclusive sales teams is highly preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Candidates with Solar / Electrical / UPS industry experience will have an added advantage.

Location: Chennai and surrounding areas, Tamil Nadu.

• Candidates currently residing in Chennai or nearby locations.
• Candidates with strong local market knowledge and willingness to travel across assigned territories.
