Regional Sales Manager (CCTV, PA, Fire)

As a Sales Executive at our company specializing in Manufacturing, distribution & System Integration of Electronic Security Systems like CCTV Camera, DVR, NVR, Fire Alarm, Time Attendance, PA system, BMS, and UVSS, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Selling solutions such as CCTV, Fire Alarm System, and PA system to potential clients. - Managing all aspects of the business relationship between the organization and System Integrators, consultants, end users, up to the point of product ordering. - Expanding geographical coverage by introducing new partners in segmented cities. - Ensuring partner coverage through engagement in the Partner Interactive Program. - Developing and nurturing relationships with existing and new solution partners to drive growth and explore new business opportunities. - Collaborating with MEP and PMC Consultants to ensure wide coverage in upcoming projects. Qualifications required for this position include: - Minimum 4 years of experience in CCTV, PA, and Fire Sales. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
