Regional Sales Coordinator

Identifying new customers through networking , cold calling ,social media etc.
Setting up meetings with customers and understanding the technical requirements. Coordinating with the HO team for feasibility studies and technical inputs.Ensuring conversion of enquiries /samples to order.Regular interaction with customers and keeping a record of customer details and interactions.Ensuring PO release.Tracking adherence to release datesTracking and following up on outstanding customer paymentsTaking regular feedback from customers , analysing and making recommendations to management based on the sameEnsuring closure of customer complaints within committed timelinesAnalyse the following reports and make timely recommendations to management :

- Monthly Sales Data
- Monthly Lost order analysis- Monthly Customer complaint trackerAny other activities assigned by the management from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
