Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in law enforcement, intelligence or a military role or equivalent private sector experience.
- Experience to include previous Security Operations Center work in an international company.
- Experience in a dynamic organization.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with security technologies including CCTV, Access Control, and Incident Management Systems.
- Experience managing security operations and security personnel and delivering high quality, customer-oriented security programs.
- Knowledge of agreement management.
- Understanding of invoicing including nuances based on geographic location.
- Ability to lead projects by navigating priorities, measurable objectives, dependencies, planning, resourcing, scheduling, budgeting, implementation and subsequent monitoring.
- Ability to manage highly confidential and sensitive information with excellent judgment, discretion and diplomacy skills.

Responsibilities
- Lead incident response and direct teams to conduct complex security investigations.
- Design and lead the implementation of security operations programs across campuses.
- Drive the development of security strategies and recommend enhancements for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate complex and highly cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives to optimize and scale our ability to detect, assess, and mitigate risk while ensuring alignment with broader security efforts.
- Collaborate with security operations teams in the strategy and design of security service centers, with daily activities delegated and managed by the local campus or cluster security manager, while ensuring reporting and escalation to the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) and GSOC leadership.
