Requirements
Key Responsibilities
HO/Administrative:
1. Take directions from HO and percolate it to field force.
2. Daily update HO about on-field progress and problems faced – especially administrative and documentation.
3. Adhere to budget/cost control, company assets, team productivity and taking necessary action for achieving desired results.
4. Update HO in advance about the scheduled visits of the field force.
5. Ensure necessary documentation of field force has been completed before launched on the ground. Laise with HO, when necessary.
Field:
1. Field work comprises 50% of the overall profile. Balance 50% administrative in nature.
2. Accompany teams. Field visits up to 12 to 15 days (within district). Attendance during training and launch of the team, and closure of the survey a must.
3. Laise with local government offices, grampanchayat and police station to ensure hurdle free launch of the teams and smooth progress of survey.
4. Ensure accommodation and transport arrangements have been made for members of the field force.
5. Ensure on-time attendance of field force.
6. Ensure safety of assets issued by AMI for survey. For instance: I-card, SOPs, TAB etc.
7. Issue timely warnings to field force about attendance, productivity, quality, safety of company assets and take corrective measures.
Training & Coaching:
1. Co-ordinate with HO for arrival of training team on the ground.
2. Arrange location/site for conduct of training.
3. Arrange accommodation and transport for training team travelling from HO.
4. Identify pitfalls in training and suggest measure to HO.
