Regional Merchandiser - Diamond

The Regional Merchandiser - Diamond at Malabar Gold & Diamonds (Job Code: MGD1219) is responsible for implementing the merchandising strategy for Diamond Jewelry in alignment with the overall business strategy to drive growth and profitability. This role involves providing inputs for the creation of the NPI (New Product Introduction) calendar, ensuring timely launch of new products based on latest trends and customer preferences, vendor identification and shortlisting, screening designs, and evaluating products. Additionally, the Regional Merchandiser will classify new Diamond products, develop planograms, oversee assortment mix creation, monitor inventory levels, and identify dead stock for return to vendors to minimize losses.
