As a Regional Marketing Specialist for India, Pacific & SEA, your role will involve managing, executing, and establishing effective marketing activities across the region. You will collaborate with the global marketing team and regional sales teams to lead communication plans, trade show support, regional marketing campaigns, and drive market engagement. Your responsibilities will also include creating print and digital content for both internal and external audiences. **Key Responsibilities:** - Maintain established global brand standards for all materials and activities within the region. - Support new and existing product literature, sales collateral, technical documents, print ads, tradeshow support, and other collateral needs within the region. - Establish and support communication plans for product launches, brand awareness, industry, and product campaigns within the region. - Multi-task and prioritize marketing projects and daily tasks to meet deadlines. - Own, execute, and analyze D365 marketing campaigns across the region including driving lead follow up. - Support visual and written elements marketing campaigns and internal communications. - Manage trade show events, trade show inventory within the region, ensure shows have an engaging message, and leads are loaded into the CRM system and executed. - Evaluate local vendors required to support marketing needs across the region. - Provide strategic marketing support to the Region by working with sales, operations, etc., to establish a refined commercial strategy. **Qualifications Required:** - 10+ years of marketing and/or communication experience. - Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or related discipline. - Strong written, verbal, and digital communication skills including English. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat). - Graphic Design skills are a plus. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Experience with page layout, photo editing, color correction, prepress, and brand management. - Experience implementing established brand standards across formats, platforms, and channels. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively. - Analytical skills to solve problems and find the best solutions to convey a message. - Excellent time management and organizational skills. - Experience with trade shows, event planning, and digital marketing. - Technical background with the ability to read engineering drawings is a plus.
