Digital Marketing Head

A Real Estate Digital Marketing Head in Chennai leads online acquisition, brand positioning, and high-value lead generation for residential, commercial, or plotted development projects.

Key Responsibilities

* Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies tailored to Chennai's real estate market.

* Performance Campaigns: Manage and optimize high-converting paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and LinkedIn.

* Lead Generation & Sales Alignment: Drive high-intent site-visit and project-inquiry leads, working closely with internal sales and pre-sales teams to track conversion pipelines.

* Content & Creative Oversight: Oversee production of project walkthrough videos, reels, 3D renderings, brochures, and dedicated landing pages.

* Analytics & Budget Management: Monitor ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), CPL (Cost Per Lead), web analytics, and SEO rankings to continuously improve campaign efficiency.

* Team Leadership: Hire, mentor, and manage digital marketing executives, performance specialists, and creative vendors.

Required Qualifications & Skills

* Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

* Experience: Typically 5 to 15+ years of digital marketing experience, with a strong portfolio specifically in real estate or high-ticket consumer sectors in India.

* Technical Skills:

• Deep expertise in Performance Marketing (PPC, Meta Ads, Google Analytics 4).

• Proficiency in CRM integration, SEO, and content management tools.

* Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset, leadership capabilities, and cross-functional communication.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹109,000.00 per month
