Job Description

You should have knowledge and hands-on experience in the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, Negotiable Instrument Act, Execution Petition, and handling police complaints. You will be responsible for filing and defending cases under various laws, as well as managing Lok Adalat & Conciliation Camps activities. In this role, you will appear, defend, and follow up on cases against the company and on behalf of the company. You should have experience in handling Any Vehicle products and Loss on Sale accounts. Additionally, you will be required to travel to various locations within the region to manage and appear for cases, police complaints, etc. You will also be responsible for coordinating with empaneled lawyers for Lok Adalat & conciliation camps.,
