Regional Customer Support

As a Regional Customer Service representative based in Sector 18, Gurugram, your primary responsibility will be to respond to customer queries promptly and accurately through various communication channels such as phone, email, or chat. You will be required to identify customer needs and assist them in using specific features effectively. Additionally, you will need to analyze and report product malfunctions by testing different scenarios or impersonating users. It will be crucial for you to update our internal databases with information related to technical issues and valuable customer interactions. Monitoring customer complaints on social media platforms and providing necessary assistance will also be part of your role. Collaborating with team members to share feature requests and effective workarounds, as well as informing customers about new features and functionalities, will be essential for ensuring customer satisfaction. To excel in this role, you must be a native speaker of Telugu, Gujrati, or Marathi languages and demonstrate fluency in English. While a Bachelor's degree is preferred, having at least 1 year of experience in Customer Service will be advantageous. The position requires you to work in person during day shifts.
