Role & responsibilities

Preference: Handled Recovery with inhouse & agency team (more than 100) working in MFI / NBFC / Banking with rural exposure

Responsible for TN / KAR / AP & TG

CTC Bracket

Grade- VP

Expertise required/ Domain Knowledge:

No. of years of relevant experience:

Unsecured product Collection Experience in Self Help Group / Nano Loan Product

Effective segmentation of the portfolio to maximize recoveries

Monitoring losses within Region
Monitoring and driving continuous improvement of metrics of Customer Verification, Payment Processing, Delivery and Billing processes.
Co-ordination among cross functional teams (Sales, Collections, Fraud, Risk) and central teams
Identifying and implementing new solutions to existing processes and to lead team with innovative ideas to bring best out of them
Monitory all collections processes within the Region including branch Cash reconciliations

Any specific specialization/education: Graduate / Post Graduate
