Role & responsibilities Responsible for Kirloskar brand Equipment sales Responsible for creating, developing and implementing sales initiatives, in the Industrial compressor market, that will lead to development of new accounts, increase revenues and margins. Penetrate targeted customer accounts, develop customer profiles, marketing and sales plans, create opportunities with existing clients and new prospects, develop and deliver proposals, participate in contract reviews and monitor overall sales success. Understand industry requirements based on market, customer requirements, generate proposals and convert them into wins to help us achieve yearly sales targets Develop and conduct potential and existing customer presentations to attract new business Work with Business Development team to develop sales tools, support trade shows, and identify new solution and product opportunities Identify and develop profiles of potential new accounts and create opportunities with both existing clients and new prospects Identify and develop strategic competitor analysis and plans to counter competitors activities with targeted accounts Responsible for complete Presales, Order acquisition, Order execution along with internal resources and Payment collection. Preferred candidate profile Any Engineering Product Equipment Sales Experience like Bearings, Industrial Pumps, Industrial Motors, Industrial Compressors, Welding electrodes, power tools, industrial consumables etc. Preferably consumable selling.
